What Happens on your first day at KIDZ4EVER
What Happens on your first day at KIDZ4EVER
When you arrive please go to one of the purple gates and press the bell button on the key pad.
Once in the school ground, make your way round to the 'Training Hub' (this is the building next to the school).
You will be greeted by a member of staff and asked to sign your child/children in.
Your children will be introduced to a staff member who will take them to put their belongings away.
Your child/children's day will begin!

An early session starts from 7:30 am
A standard day drop off is between 9 - 9:30am.
Parents are required to sign their children in and choose the sandwich filling options.
If your child requires medication, please ensure it is handed over to management in its orginal packaging with a completed medication form.
Children can then hand in tuck money so it does not get lost. Management will make a note of child name and amount.
Collection
Collection
A standard day collection is from 3:30 - 4:30pm.
A late session collection is until 6pm.
At 3:30pm Kidz4Ever will get your children ready for hometime by ensuring they have all their belongings.
When collecting your child please give your child’s name to management.
All children must be signed out when leaving our premises.
If someone else is picking your child up and Kidz4Ever are unfamilar with this individual. Please email kidz4ever22@gmail.com with the person’s name and photo so they can be identified them upon collection.
Please ensure they know your child/children collection password which you used at registration.

If it is your first day at camp, to allow us to register your children properly following OFSTED guidance, please ensure you bring your child/children's birth certificate with you so management can check it, thank you!
When attending Kidz4Ever please ensure that your child brings the appropriate items with them.
