Kidz4Ever is open every half-term & School holiday
(February Half Term, Easter Holidays, May Half Term, Summer Holidays, October Half Term, Christmas Holidays) 

Kidz4Ever standard hours are 9:00 am-4:30 pm.
We do offer early and late sessions which are available from 7:30 am-9:00 am & 4:30 pm-6:00 pm (an additional £2.50 per session). 

A standard day at Kidz4Ever is 9:00 am-4:30 pm, but we do offer early and late sessions.  

Our early sessions are available from 7:30 am *
Our late sessions are available until 6:00 pm *

*Please note these sessions are £4.00 extra

Yes. A DBS check is a legal requirement that all members of staff must go through before they are allowed to work with the children at our camps, this is to ensure that all members of staff are fit to work and provide your children with the best day at camp.  

Yes, we do!  Kidz4Ever offers discounts for all members of the same family (Brothers, Sisters Cousins, and more...).

Yes! Kidz4Ever has been OFSTED registered since October 2022, allowing us to accept all childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare vouchers. 

When booking please inform Kidz4Ever what voucher you will be using so they can keep an eye out for payment. 

Kidz4Ever accepts payments via Card Payment, Bank Transfers, Childcare Vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare, and Childcare Grant Payment Service. We ask that payments are made before your child/children attend Kidz4Ever via the preferred list above however if you have an outstanding balance, you can pay it on the first day that your child attends. 

You will need to send your child/children in weather-appropriate clothing (Hats, Gloves, Sunhat & Suncream). Children will need comfortable clothing and footwear. 

If your child is not having a camp lunch please ensure you send your child/children in with a stocked lunch box with food that is nut-free and a labeled refillable water bottle. 

For 'Water Fun Days' please ensure your children have a change of clothes, a towel, and a swimsuit. 

Yes. In line with OFSTED's framework, Kidz4Ever has at least one paediatric first aider on site at all times. 

For every booking, Kidz4Ever offers a free lunch. Our free lunch includes a sandwich with a choice of ham, cheese, or jam, a packet of crisps, and a biscuit. 

Our premium lunch for an additional cost of £3 per child, includes a sandwich/roll with a choice of ham, cheese, jam, or tuna, a packet of crisps, fruit shoot, fruit, biscuit, and chocolate bar. 
This lunch has to be booked and paid for in advance.
